We are now looking for experienced, customer-oriented IT Developers to join One Digital - Digital Wealth Engineering team in Copenhagen. In the newly announced 2025 strategy there are even higher focus on this part of the business and we are therefore searching for more developers to our area.

About this opportunity
We add value by providing Savings and Investments services for private and small business customers primarily through the Mobile and Netbank channels.
Our products enable customers to invest money into financial markets by buying stocks and other financial instruments as well as track performance of created portfolios and manage them. In addition to that, customers can create dedicated accounts for recurring savings and various savings related needs and use Nordea's digital investment advisor Nora. Our product is exposed to clients via Nordea internet bank (Mobile/PC) as well as via dedicated application. You will be able to work on frontend and backend parts of the solution together with a dedicated team of developers in our HQ (Metro) in Copenhagen. This is a permanent full-time role with preferred starting time between May and June 2022. We hire three new team members.
What you’ll be doing
• You will have the possibility to work with Front- to Backend technologies. (Java, Kafka, Microservices, Angular, MS SQL, JavaScript, etc)
• You will eventually be working close with a dedicated UX/UI expert.
• Being a part of system transformation from a monolith to microservice architecture
• You will work with the system through all stages, from design to operation and support.
• You will act as a technical sparring partner not only within team but also within the whole DW area.
• And as we take full responsibility for what we develop then maintaining existing code/systems in a good shape, and make sure that they are up to date, is also part of the work.
• You will participate in the System architectural forum in the Digital Wealth Art and also participate in professional network inside One Digital.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
• Have good communication skills
• Are a team player
• Are highly technical person with some interest in Financial industry
• You like to work on complex systems
• Are self-driven, structured and engaged.
• Have at least 5 years of professional coding experience
• Understand microservice architectures
• Are willing to learn.
Your experience and background can relate to our technology stack:
• Java, Maven, Git, RESTful service design, Microservices, Java Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSON, XML, Kafka, MQ, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, MS SQL, Micro Frontend.
You can be Front-End or Back-End or both - but we do not you to be an expert in all of the above. We expect the you have a good foundation the makes it possible for you to grow in the role.
