AGCO’s Innovation Center in Randers, Denmark is searching for a team player to build, strengthen and develop our competences within environmental perception sensing for semi and full autonomous agriculture vehicles.
Becoming a part of the Research & Advanced Engineering team, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and agile engineering. Your experience and motivation will define how you would play a key role in the development of technologies and concepts enabling highly automated and autonomous agriculture vehicles and processes.

We are motivated by technology and use agile engineering principles to shorten the path from idea to reality utilizing our unique facilities for virtual development, prototyping, lab testing and field testing.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Processing data from vehicle mounted camera, Lidar or Radar sensor systems
- Collection of perception sensory data from agricultural environment (virtual, lab and field environments)
- Algorithm design and implementation for perception sensors
- Evaluation and presentation of results
- Collaboration with external technology partners
You have competences within one or several of the following areas:
- Programming in C++ or Python
- Point cloud and computer vision signal processing and analytics
- Spatial and temporal matching of perception sensory data
- Experience with stereo computer vison, photogrammetry or spatial geometry
- Knowledge of the Robot Operating System

- Excellent verbal and written English are necessary.
- An innovative and creative mind-set is essential as detailed product requirements or the engineering toolbox or processes is rarely defined upfront
- Solution-oriented – quick in establishing the root cause of problems and finding potential solutions
