What you’ll be doing:

• Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery including, but not limited to:
• Act as a key member in Agile development
• Configure, customize and improve ServiceNow configurations
• Be actively engaged with customers in a technical and business setting
• Solve technical challenges across multiple complex products.
• Configure and customize various aspects of ServiceNow (workflow, UI, client scripts, business
• rules, discovery, and so on)
• Transform business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop access integration components.
• Create capabilities to drive Self-service and automation. (Service Portal, Orchestration, Flow, Integration Hub)
• Prepare technical deliverables
• Collaborate within a technical team to develop leading edge platform technologies

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow as a technical delivery resource within client environments.
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification required
• Proven and demonstrated consulting experience (problem solver with attention to detail, Resourcefulness, not shy away to ask tough questions in a positive manner and understanding of business drivers behind the technology)
• Experience with Agile practises.
• Experience with REST API connection.
• Experience with configuration management
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow Service Portal, Event Management and ServiceNow Orchestration is very desirable.
• Experience with ITIL framework
• Demonstrated ability to work and use SDLC/SCRUM and PRINCE2 as a delivery methodology
• Strong JavaScript, AngularJS and Bootstrap skills and understanding
• Experience with Web Technologies like XML, HTML and Web Services.
