Target Location: Europe – UK or any other site in EU supporting global demands

Our Fulfilled by Maersk Platform team is looking for a Demand Management Expert, that would be responsible for the maintenance of the Demand Plan together with the Product Owner for Maersk WD Platform globally. The primary KPI is the Demand Plan accuracy in consideration of availability of resources and materials for the Maersk strategic growth in the Warehouse, Cold Storage and Depots.

In addition, you will build, promote and lead the demand phase of Sales & Operational Process to ensure a strong adoption within Product and Commercial Teams of Contract Logistics and Cold Storage Globally, its major stakeholders in Sales, Marketing & Finance. Globally you will ensure a cross-functional alignment and consensus sales forecast plan as a key output of SOP

Leadership owning the Demand in Fulfilled by Maersk Platform

• Be the single point of contact of WD Platform all Demand Planning related topics
• Work in close collaboration with Product teams (PPO, Sales, commercial, Onsite Support and Technology) to reach the global product objectives (Growth) through realistic plans
• Prepare, Promote and Animate S&OP process review
• Collaborate with Customer Engineering Teams and communicate pro-actively any challenges by category and any customer impact.
• Work in close relationship with Product Owner of the Warehousing and Depot Platform and Capacity Management and performance teams to continuously align on processes and drive end-to-end initiative to increase Demand performance and reduce cost of implementations.
• Be in full control and understanding of performance results and action plan of S&D Platform.
• Collaborate in the commercial Tender calls from WD Platform.
• Manage right communication level with in Contract Logistics Management team
• Facilitate teamwork and collaborative mindset across the different stakeholders
• Build a strong credibility of Demand Planning team to Top Management

• Develop and closely monitor Demand Plan
• Manage the approval and communication of Global Demand plan including risks & opportunities
• Identify gaps to all cost estimations and pre configuration plans.
• Generate a continuous improvement mindset through stakeholders of Demand phase of S&OPTechnical Expertise
• Establish a high-performance culture via the communication of clear expectations and targets
• Develop a proactive communication culture between Demand Team and all other stakeholders
