We are building a new hybrid platform
At our HQ in Hedehusene, you become part of Global IT as you join our Hybrid Compute Platform (HCP) group. Here, a group of dedicated colleagues work tirelessly to build our new hybrid platform for both public and private clouds – while welcoming you to an agile environment where we constantly work to push the boundaries.
Working with multiple teams in an international environment, you will discover that collaboration and communication is key. Likewise, you will find that you have joined an ambitious and highly dynamic company with an ambitious growth strategy, which means that we often pave the road as we go.

Help your teams excel
Taking on a traditional scrum master role, you will become responsible for the agile development process in 2 of the teams within HCP.
To put it simply, you will organise and facilitate both teams’ activities, facilitate the daily stand-up meetings, plan sprints and lead the teams alongside the product owner and team architect.
More specifically, your key tasks will be to:
You can look forward to working closely with fellow scrum masters within HCP, just as you will collaborate with colleagues and fellow agile practitioners from across our organisation.
Scrum or SAFe experience
You are an experienced agile practitioner with knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, known for your ability to empower and coach your teams. Also, you need to be a good communicator who can navigate at all levels of the organisation. Likewise, you have the ability to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on practical judgement and experience.

Help your teams excel

To put it simply, you will organise and facilitate both teams’ activities, facilitate the daily stand-up meetings, plan sprints and lead the teams alongside the product owner and team architect.
More specifically, your key tasks will be to:
- Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Facilitate Feature and Epic refinement, breakdown and estimation
- Remove impediments and manage risks
- Ensure that the team backlog is continuously groomed and that stories are well-defined before taking them into the active sprint
- Monitor delivery and supply of dependencies and keep all parties informed
You can look forward to working closely with fellow scrum masters within HCP, just as you will collaborate with colleagues and fellow agile practitioners from across our organisation.
Scrum or SAFe experience
You are an experienced agile practitioner with knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, known for your ability to empower and coach your teams. Also, you need to be a good communicator who can navigate at all levels of the organisation. Likewise, you have the ability to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on practical judgement and experience.
Moreover, you:
- Bring a relevant degree in IT or engineering
- Have hands-on experience with Scrum or SAFe from a similar position
- Bring working knowledge of JIRA
- Have a general understanding of application architecture, cloud architecture and databases
- Speak and write English effortlessly
