About this opportunity
You will be working with one or two teams depending on their maturity, complexity and size. You will contribute to raising agile maturity in Personal Banking by growing cross-functional, self-organized, empowered teams that deliver customer value. In this role you will be supported and coached by peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers and Agile Coaches in our active community.
What you will be doing:
You will join a SAFe Agile Release Train / teams developing features in our mobile and web solutions for all Nordic countries.
