We are searching for you who can take construction to new heights with the help of IT. You would play a key part in our transformation journey to:

• Use data smarter and become a data driven company
• Standardize the industry - developing common specifications and standards that can be used by all players and at all stages in the construction industry

Successful candidates would join the Group Finance & IT which leads NCC's strategy development and major change programs in the business. Group Finance & IT also drives research and innovation and is NCC's development and delivery function for IT and operations development.

Your role as Enterprise Architecture Lead at NCC

In this position you will:

• Have a functional responsibility for Enterprise Architecture on group level.
• As Product Owner lead the Enterprise Architecture team including a team of Enterprise Architects
• Develop and set targets for the team.
• Set the direction for our development portfolio facilitating strategic planning with the business and with IT.
• Use capability-based planning to facilitate strategic planning and scoping of development initiatives.
• Provide EA analysis capability for planning and dependency analysis.
• Be responsible (together with our Solution Architecture team) to manage and develop our EA/SA Playbook including anchoring and communication around it.
• Work in close cooperation with architects and several stakeholders
• Work as a bridge between the business and the IT development at NCC
• Act as an ambassador for NCC to be a data driven company.

You will be important for us in our strategic transformation, and we like you to have

• Solid experience from leading and performing EA work on senior management level.
• A solid IT background with experience from business and IT transformation journeys
• Fluent written and spoken English plus one more Nordic language.

To be successful in this position you are probably

• A visionary and have a pedagogic leadership style to guide the business how to create value from data on strategic and tactical level.
• A great communicator with change manager skills
• Persistent with the ability to keep both a long-term-, and a short-term focus
• Goal oriented with a great capacity to see the "now" picture as well as the "then/future" picture
• Actionable and self-leading

Additional information

This position belongs to and will require travelling to NCC head office in Solna, Sweden, but you can live anywhere in the Nordic region. However, we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
