Software Engineer for the Media Recording Team

At Milestone we are one of the world’s leading providers of video management software and grow faster than ever before. We are looking for a talented software engineer to join our “Media Recording Platform Team”.
Media Recording – it is a lot of data
You will join Media Recording Team who is responsible for handling the large amounts of data from the devices (video, audio, metadata etc.) The system needs to keep up all the time and record data while serving clients with live and playback data.

You will develop features, solve customer problems, make sure code is stable and make best use of resources. As Milestone is a leader in the field, your code will deploy to 500.000+ customers around the globe.

About the team
You will be working in a team of 5 software developers, one tester and one manager. The team has the responsibility of work closely with the rest of the development organization within Milestone. The team plan its work in 2-week sprints ending with review and retrospective. Currently there are about 3 releases pr year. The company’s working language is English.
