Right now we are recruiting the new BI-team consisting of three people: BI-Consultat / Product Owner, BI-Backend Developer / Architect and BI-Frontend Developer. Our technology stack is focused around Microsoft's products.

Role Overview:

In this new, exciting position, you will have a vital role in the organization taking us on our BI-journey ahead.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end infrastructure for BI solutions using Azure cloud services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
• Develop and implement optimized data models, ensuring high performance for BI tools like Power BI.
• Automate and manage deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of BI applications.
• Build and maintain data processing solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in BI systems to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest BI, cloud, and DevOps trends, and propose enhancements to the existing architecture.

Main activities:

• Add new data sources to data warehouse
• Match data coming from different sources (ERP's)
• Prepare fact and dimensions
• Build Cubes

You will be part of a global IT department with 22 colleagues located in Sweden, Denmark, China and India. We have internal resources for ERP, Operations & Support as well as software development. Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Senior BI Architect join our dynamic team.

Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure: Strong experience in using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Data Lakes, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.
• DevOps Expertise: Experience with Azure DevOps, setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing deployments, and automating workflows.
• Power BI Integration: Experience in developing and managing back-end data models and data sources for Power BI dashboards.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Experience working with SQL databases and writing optimized queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses, and databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Data Warehouse).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Swedish, and ability to collaborate across teams.
