Exciting opportunity for a Software Consultant to join our team in Sønderborg. Take a key role in implementing Hansen’s billing software solution and customer experience (cx) projects for some of our major clients. In addition to possessing technical skills your customer focus is second to none, with the ability to consult at all levels and through all stages of the projects.

About You
You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working with customers in a consultative manner. Ideally, you’ll possess some of the qualities below:
- Customer and consultancy experience.
- A clear and concise understanding of software solution delivery.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Verbal and written English and German language skills are essential. Danish language skills are desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer requirements analysis and consulting.
- Setup and configuration of the CCB-NB solution and Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
- Conduct feature demonstrations to clients.
- Conduct super user training of CCB-NB system and features.
- Documentation, testing and quality assurance.
