Aarhus GeoInstruments, a spin-out company from Aarhus University, which develops, produces and sells geophysical instruments, is looking for a committed software developer. The company is partly owned by Poul Due Jensen|Grundfos Fonden.
Can you see yourself as part of a rapidly growing company? Can you see yourself joining a company that sells, manufactures and develops scanners that are used globally to find water and to actively address some of the many problems that arise as our climate changes? Are you good at finding new solutions and do you work systematically? Do you like to be professional, open and to work closely with your colleagues? Then maybe you are our new colleague and you should apply for this job.
About us
The market for our scanners is global, and so are water problems caused by overexploitation and climate change. We have a very successful instrument called tTEM , and we will be introducing several new instruments over the next few years. The fusion of software and hardware is key to the company's vision of creating state -of-the-art instruments for non-expert users. We develop on both Windows and mobile platforms and we also develop microprocessor firmware.
Tasks
Software development is hosted in our R&D group, where you will work with developers, hardware engineers and technicians. Most of the software we develop displays and processes data in real time. We will develop new apps in Flutter and further develop an existing suite of applications written in Delphi. If you are a skilled microprocessor developer, we mostly work with the STM 32 processor and ZYNQ FPGA.
