You are an experienced Scrum Master, with excellent planning skills who masters to create structures in a complex set-up. You are a team player who is able to build trustful relationships with teammembers and stakeholders. You are able to build and maintain credibility and a collaborative environment. You master variuos faciliting and coaching techniques and has a pragmatic and flexible approach as well as a communicative mindset.
You thrive in a respectful and social team, with room for individuality, where we value a humorous tone and room for individuality. It is completely natural for us to delegate freedom and responsibility to each team member, and challenge indiviually to make people grow.

In this role you will be required to:
- Facilitate sprint planning to ensure the team reach a collective agreement that will be accepted into the sprint and continuously improve and live the agile values and principles
- Facilitate Scrum meetings and promote active participation from the team to ensure everyone is working towards the sprint goal.
- Managing any external distractions by supporting and protecting the Scrum team to achieve the sprint goals and the commitment agreed within sprint planning.
- Identify and remove any potential impediments to the delivery of the agreed sprint commitment
- Creates results through others and has a coaching approach to change
- Ensures good well-being in the team and creates synergy between teams and Product Owner as well as supporting the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog
- Develop own skills as well as proposing enhancements to the way we as our organization work
- Be responsible for the release process

Your experience:
- 3-5 years experience as a scrum master within agile software development and experienced with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Experience from an agile transitions would be an advantage but not a requirement
- Strong ability to coach, influence and mentor
- Preferably a Certified Scrum Master
