Main components are an office management solution, CRM and ERP systems, completed by business intelligence and other supporting tools. We will build it and we will roll it out globally.

Your Responsibilities
We have selected Microsoft Dynamics Business Central as the target ERP tool. You will have a main role in the entire life cycle of the Retail ERP solution, from solution analysis, development, test, roll-out to daily support on a global level. You will be part of a small team of internal and external ERP Business Central specialists. Furthermore, you will drive the development of the Microsoft based business intelligence solution together with a shared team of business intelligence specialists.
Main tasks:
You should expect travelling approx. 50-80 days annually to our office locations around the globe such as Palm Beach, Tokyo and Melbourne.

Your Responsibilities
We have selected Microsoft Dynamics Business Central as the target ERP tool. You will have a main role in the entire life cycle of the Retail ERP solution, from solution analysis, development, test, roll-out to daily support on a global level. You will be part of a small team of internal and external ERP Business Central specialists. Furthermore, you will drive the development of the Microsoft based business intelligence solution together with a shared team of business intelligence specialists.
Main tasks:
- Create the Global ERP template for Retail in close collaboration with your colleges in the Retail business, Finance and in IT.
- Global roll-out of the ERP template to all WS Audiology Retail countries.
- Develop test code for all custom extensions and test all custom extensions prior to release of new versions.
- Manage BI requirements and deliverables in close collaboration with Group Systems.
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports for use in Business Central.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and evaluate applicability of new technologies as they emerge.
- Provide direction to leadership in identifying new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technologies that can be leveraged to create innovative and effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence with policies and procedures within your scope.
You should expect travelling approx. 50-80 days annually to our office locations around the globe such as Palm Beach, Tokyo and Melbourne.
You
- You have a relevant Business or Computer Science degree.
- You have on experience with implementing Navision/Business Central, and developing with AL code and GIT,
- You know your SQL and have experience with SSIS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or business intelligence will be advantages.
- You can build engaging, professional-looking reports within Business Central and Power BI.
- Goal oriented mindset, but not afraid to fail.
- Strong team player with a self-starter and continuous improvement mindset.
- Can handle different situations, from proof of concept development to structured operations.
- Strong consulting, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience within the medical device industry and/or with retail will be advantages.
- You have experience with indirect management and collaboration with external IT partners.
- You have an open mind and believe that honesty and transparency result in the shortest route to the best solution for all involved.
- You are fluent in English.
