Now you have the opportunity to be part of the proces of updating the existing serialisation solution on +35 packaging lines across Novo Nordisk Production Sites as one of our Automation Professionals.
About the department
You will be part of Manufacturing IT, who is responsible for planning and execution of large-scale initiatives/programmes across Novo Nordisk Production facilities worldwide. You will be anchored in Department Operational Technology. Our focus is to support strategic initiatives by delivering OT/Automation solutions and services for our production facilities. The team in Denmark consist of IT/OT subject matter experts and project managers. Our team is characterised by team spirit, innovation, quality mindset and a trust based working environment.
The position
As OT/Automation Professional you will be a part of a central project team that in the coming years will update the existing serialisation solution. The solution is a highly complex IT/automation solution, connecting automation equipment on each packaging line with the upper corporate SAP serialisation system.
Your role will be to participate in activities at our packaging lines, such as on-site installation, test, qualification and training of local personal. The position also requires participation in setting up central processes in Bagsværd for operation and maintenance of the solution.
You will work with factory acceptance test, site acceptance test as well as maintenance, support and troubleshooting. Furthermore, you will be part of a central team ensuring the solution is always in compliance with internal and external demands such as country requirements and/or internal IT security policies.
The project will be executed in an agile project setup, so expect a dynamic project community with travel activity to vendors and production sites placed in Germany, France, Brazil, US, China and Denmark.
Qualification
Your academic profile is technician, Msc., BSc., Engineering or similar. You have experience and or documented interest in structured troubleshooting and some knowledge of implementation of Automation Solutions within GxP environment. Ideally you have experience with packaging lines including vision- and printer systems. Familiarity with GMP is an advantage. As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive, self-driven and team oriented. Finally, you have proficiency in written and spoken English.
