We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data & Insights Professional to join our Insights Solutions and Data Engineering Team. We are embarking on a new exciting journey with Snowflake and Power BI so if you are passionate about using data to drive business decisions and has experience working with Snowflake and Power BI we want to hear from you! We work in an agile setup mixing different competencies across the analytics and reporting ecosystems into one cross-geographical team. The position is based in Bagsværd close to Copenhagen in Denmark, and you are expected to join us a couple of days a week to connect with your colleagues on site. The position As a Senior Data & Insights Professional, your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that meet business requirements primarily in Snowflake and Power BI. In the job you will: Be a part of the migration of current data flows into Snowflake along with building dashboards in Power BI. Create dynamic and interactive dashboards to facilitate decision-making. Maintain current BI solutions and ensure optimization Work closely with colleagues in P&O and IT to build and design new BI solutions to help driving our data-driven culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of data. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in BI and data analytics. Explore opportunities within ML/AI Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Experience in working in an agile organization is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Great stakeholder management- and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is a must About the Department Our focus in HR Digital, Data & IT is to drive digitalization of HR Services in close partnership with Global P&O.
