You’ll be powering the Easy Collecting team As a Backend Developer (Java) you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You’ll be part of the Easy Collecting team, our contribution is to build a market-leading payment platform where the focus is on the customer's experience when paying online.
The team consists of talented developers in various roles such as frontend and backend developers, QA / testers and scrum masters. We work at a high pace but always have time for a good laugh or to help each other when needed.
Your key tasks and responsibilities are to further develop the backend of the Easy Collecting system together with the development team. In this role, you will also have a great opportunity to influence technical decisions regarding new functionality, security, performance, scalability and stability.
You’ll work with a modern tech stack in languages, frameworks, and technologies such as are Docker, Confluence, Jira, Splunk and SQL Developer.

Besides that little twist in your personality that makes you, we are looking for a colleague who contributes to the team's Scrum ceremonies by doing estimation, refinement, planning, execution and retrospective to provide common understanding and delivery of Sprint-commitment and feedback.
You have a passion and understanding for the values of the development processes, i.e. designing, developing, documenting, reviewing and deploying new functionality in agreement with business needs. Also, you takes responsibility and is comfortable communicating with other teams and stakeholders to find the best technical solutions.
Your professional qualifications include experience in Java (Spring, Lombok), RabbitMQ, REST, SOAP, Oracle SQL, Shell script, Linux, Jenkins, OpenShift, VirtualBox, IntelliJ/Eclipse.
