Cloud Architects with passion for emerging Microsoft technologies can be hard to find ….

This is your chance to join SDC and work with the M365 team (we’ll be 7 when you arrive) who are on the journey to deliver more Microsoft services to our customers and internally.
Work is already in progress, and we have moved our customers from Notes to Exchange Online, rolled out SharePoint Online, Teams and are about to implement other Services, getting the most out of M365.
You’ll be part of a strategical project collaborating with colleagues and customers. Over the next years we will define, shape, and release new services on top of Microsoft standard services. Adopting business critical demands to provide the best possible solutions together with Organizational Implementation where needed. In our daily business we also handle Incidents and Service Requests on M365.

Looking for experience
You have experience in delivering cloud services in a multi-tenant and multi-vendor setup to customers in a regulated industry, preferably the financial sector. M365 administration experience including deep knowledge of Teams, Security, and Compliance is required as well as SharePoint.
Knowledge and knowhow are important – but even more so, we are looking for a colleague who is a critical thinker and problem solver. Someone who identifies risks, problems and can conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations. And someone with a genuine interest in collaboration and teamwork.
A few must-haves before you can apply: You have Danish and/or another Scandinavian as native language, Advanced skills in English, writing and speech and hopefully an ITIL certificate.

- Facilitate and participate in customer meetings and analyze customer business requirements and align it with M365 capabilities and translate requirements into solution designs.
- Work closely with different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Develop and review concise and accurate documentation including architectural design plans, requirements specifications, solution designs, knowledge guides, and standard operating procedures
- Support the PM in development and maintenance of Project Plans and Schedules, Test Plans, and Acceptance Criteria for implementation of services and capabilities of M365
- Support M365 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of all components enabled in the M365 Tenant
- Acceptance Criteria’s for implementation of services and capabilities of M365.
