In the role as a CRM Product Owner, you will be part of the exciting digital transformation that EPOS has embarked on and you will be working with the best applications across ERP, CRM, PIM and Marketing Automation.

Owned by the Demant Group and with headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, EPOS builds on more than 115 years’ audio expertise and operates in a global market with offices and partners in more than 60 countries. Alongside own-branded premium audio and video solutions, EPOS sells co-branded EPOS I SENNHEISER products under a trade license agreement with Sennheiser.

In this position, you will have a significant impact on our commercial set-up all the way from requirements, implementation, change management and training until the operational phase where you’ll be the conductor of our digital CRM ecosystem.

Our future CRM Product Owner
As our new CRM Product Owner, you will join the EPOS adventure, in a dedicated EPOS IT team. You will be the team lead of 4 dedicated colleagues: 2 Salesforce Administrators, and Architect and a project manager.

We are looking for a person with a commercially and data minded profile with the necessary agility to work across both the business and technical dimensions of the role. This is an ideal opportunity for a person to work in a global role with key stakeholders across all levels and across all parts of the business to really impact commercial practices.

In this position you will be working with Salesforce from the implementation to the operational phase. You will ensure we are getting a good return on our Salesforce investment by prioritizing the product backlog and communicating the highest-value work.

Being a Salesforce expert is not a requirement. Being a CRM expert is.

Your Primary tasks will be:

  • Driving the definition, building and implementation of our CRM platform across HQ and our markets with a strong alignment with our IT department and our near shore Scrum Team.
  • Identify relevant use cases of stakeholders and prioritize according to our roadmap and company vision.
  • Communication of the Product Roadmap to the Scrum Master, ensuring that it is appropriately costed, timed and delivery is agreed.
  • Attend and lead Scrum Ceremonies (daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint review).
  • Further develop existing feature sets, planning of new features and deliver them on time and with excellent quality.
  • Be one of the main points of contact between the CRM team, the Business teams and our IT department.
  • Prepare solid specifications together with our Salesforce Architect for new features to be developed by our implementation partner (near-shore Agile Team).
  • You will lead a CRM team (4 HC) to build and operate a world class product.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experience:

  • You have a solid understanding of CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce (or Dynamics, Oracle, SAP).
  • You are familiar with Agile way of working, especially with the Product Owner’s role, ideally certified PO.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of CRM processes and functions
  • You are business minded, with at least 5-7 years of experience, preferably across multiple disciplines of Sales & Marketing
  • You have a proven experience in Project Management
  • Attention to details and a strong focus on execution
  • Professional written and spoken English
