To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Head of our Software Engineering group in Ballerup. Siemens Mobility creates solutions within the transportation area, including Train Management Systems, Power Supply, Electrification, and many other areas.
As Head of Software Engineering, you will lead a team of 15 dedicated and skilled developers. The team develops solutions to a wide variety of large rail-projects both in Denmark and abroad. This is done in close collaboration with our colleagues internationally and especially with our Head Quarters in Germany.
Software Engineering is a part of our Engineering department consisting of the groups, Systems and Hardware, Automation, Rail Electrification and Software Engineering.

About you
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A background in Software Engineering or similar
- Leadership or Project Management experience
- Strong technical skills
- Agile mindset
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Danish, verbally and written
