We are co-located in an entrepreneurial and collaborative work-space at our Digital Transformation Office in Bjerringbro, Denmark, with the ambition of undertaking the most intelligent digital transformation within the industry. About your new teamYou will join an international team of developers with high digital ambitions. The team consists of 30 talented colleagues, who are on a mission to create the best solutions. The project is heading towards full implementation, and your emphasis will be on developing the system frontend. There will be a degree of architecture work in your daily tasks, but your primary focus will be on general software development. You will closely with 6-9 colleagues in a cross-functional scrum team setup based on SAFe.

About the roleAs our new frontend developer, you will work together with business experts, product owners, designers and requirement engineers to implement the User Interface for our digital platform. We use React and Redux to create the visual and functional components, NPM as the tool for managing our packages and Typescript as our programming language. Fetching of the data is done through REST APIs and we are in process of introducing GraphQL for a better query and manipulation of data. Build and deployment is handled in Azure DevOps and testing is done using Jest and
snapshot testing. We strive for a close collaboration between frontend developers, peer programming and code reviews to enforce learning and knowledge sharing.

- You hold a master’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- You have experience in Frontend development and React and JavaScript
- You have experience working with REST APIs
- You know the principles of CSS and CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS
- You have excellent English skills – verbally and in writing – and are eager to learn
- Preferably, you have experience with GraphQL
- Preferably, you have experience within TDD and modern DevOps principles.
