The Digital Venture Lab is where all our SGRE functions run alongside to support and to drive our common efforts and initiatives, fueling SGRE's digital transformation. The Digital Ventures Lab provides access to a unique ecosystem of digital natives, data sciences, developers, universities, startups, and other corporates & partners to accelerate the digital transformation of Siemens Gamesa.
How to contribute to our vision
In this key role you are going to support the process of analyzing business use cases and translate those into relevant digital solutions.
We look forward to you bringing your expertise, commitment and resources to drive a program of change to build the SGRE digital business. This includes guiding SGRE as it reimagines and transform customer engagements, employee experiences, business models and operations. You will work with the SGRE business unit teams to dream and envision their desired future, consider economic value and alternative ideas, and prioritize them. We expect you to guide our organizations to create an aspirational plan that formalizes their digital vision and be a leader of the execution plan to ensure results.
You will influence the mindset of business unit teams by challenging the status quo and bringing innovative ideas that showcase DVL unique value proposition to SGRE businesses. We expect you to instigate the digital transformation program of change with DVL customers to build their digital business, resulting in commitment from customers to proceed with the plan.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who provides extensive experience and leadership capabilities to lead the change, ensure business value is created, deliverables are met, and the SGRE digital transformation program of change is creating continuous innovation capability within the business units.
We expect you to apply your vast stakeholder management skills to establish yourself as a thought leader within the organization and trusted advisor to executives and business unit teams. Thereby creating a diverse and inclusive workgroup environment, demonstrating cross team and functions collaboration.
The broad scope of responsibility of this role requires a solid understanding of both business and technology strategy, change management, a principled approach to broad digital transformational challenges and opportunities.
You are used to communicate on all organizational levels and have exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills. These skills support your ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers. Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from a business and technology perspective is one of your core competences.
You have acquired an master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar and more than 5 years of experience in the digital advisory domain.
