As an EA in Nilfisk’s IT Business Services team, you will have direct impact on the business and IT solutions and applications implemented, be part of strategic roadmap definitions, strategy development as well as play a significant role in the priority and implementation of process of new initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you have:
Joining Nilfisk
You will be part of a small team, currently consisting of 3 EAs’. Enterprise Architecture supports and guides technology investment decisions and take lead on providing insights and recommendations in new evolving technologies and business capabilities.
You will be engaged in Nilfisk IT Business Services consisting of approx. 50 people represented in Denmark, USA, Germany, Hungary and China.

As an EA you will:
- Lead the development of the application and platform target architecture
- Drive the delivery and support of strategic IT roadmaps
- Together with key stakeholders, lead the development of initiatives to support business and IT roadmaps and strategic key challenges
- Lead and cultivate architecture governance in projects, programs and reviews to ensure quality of solutions and steer any work towards strategic decisions and business value
- Drive advisory, concept development, prototyping and PoC
- Stay updated on new technology trends
- Deliver overview of ongoing and upcoming changes to business processes and IT eco system
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- An international mindset and strong communication skills.
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience as Enterprise Architect
- Strong experience in Global and multi-cultural organizations
- Knowledge of different business models, operating models, development models, cost/benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management
