Our “SAP Build Team” is looking for an experienced Business Process Architect to join their team with three colleagues in Esbjerg and four colleagues in Thailand.

VIKING’s SAP Build team is a part of VIKING Global IT headed by VIKING’s IT Director.

SAP Build is responsible for the development and maintenance of SAP supported business processes.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:
As a Business Process Architect, you must be updated on new trends and procedures within business processes. Your role will be as the key SAP person for processes within sales and service for our customers and subsidiaries, including

  • Developing and supporting business processes within sales and service
  • Ensuring that SAP sales and service processes are consistent with the other business processes including logistics and finance
  • Participating in coordination and quality assurance of relevant master data in cooperation with VIKING’s master data organization
  • Participating or manage in various implementation projects
  • Implementing and securing the foundation of new processes including test, documentation and user educatio
  • Developing business cases

Expect 15-30 travel days globally per year.

Who are you?
You have a strong educational background, probably within sales, service or process optimization. You have at least three years of experience in developing SAP processes within sales (SD) or service (CS) and understand key concepts of sales and service processes.

You have hands on experience in configuring SAP SD or CS modules. You understand table structures and know about concepts of ABAP programming. You have written functional specifications for developers. Knowledge of debugging and interface are a plus. Additional knowledge of PS concepts will be valuable, but not mandatory.

In your career you have already with success implemented larger SAP projects with many stakeholders, and you are used to aligning the various demands from the business with the possibilities within SAP. You have a good overview of business processes in a broader perspective in connection with the business goals and requirements of the global organization.

English is our corporate language, so it is expected that you communicate fluently in English in speaking and writing. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

You communicate freely on all organizational levels and don’t hesitate in making an extraordinary effort, when deadlines are tight. You are independent and have a positive and result-oriented attitude, and you thrive in a busy environment where cooperation is a must.

Geographically you live in Esbjerg or in the area. Alternatively, you are used to commuting in connection with your job.
