IT Infrastructure Manager
In this new role you will be leading a small team of IT infrastructure people supporting the DLG group in Denmark and Germany where we have a long list of interesting activities in our pipeline. A very important task is to standardize and automate work processes together with your team, Service Desk, and other functional teams.
An important part of the role is to manage external hosting providers services and ensure we have the best mix of on premise and cloud services.
Your hands-on experience you will use to support your team and contribute with specific technical competencies in daily operations and projects.
The role will be situated in Fredericia, but you will be expected to be in Viby 1 to 2 days a week and occasionally travel to Kiel or Flensburg.

Responsibilities and typical tasks within the role:
Your qualifications
We expect that you have minimum 5 years experience from a similar role
Good understandig of business requirements and high user satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you have a good understanding of business requirements, and you demonstrate a sense of urgency, solving incidents and resolving root causes
You ensure robust and stable solutions, and act according to defined IT processes.
You contribute to continuous improvements in solutions and processes, and ensure that solutions are properly documented an continuously maintained.
Finally, you can create teamwork and trust in the team.
As a person, you are analytical, and demonstrate a strutured way of working. You are strong motivator and delegator, and have the ability to explain complex facts with simple words. You are interested in continuous improvements of services and processes.
We expect that you are fluent in English, and it will be an advantage if you can speak Danish and/or German.

- Backup/Restore, Patching
- Citrix Infrastructure
- Monitoring of services
- Governance of 3rd party providers (hosting partners etc)
- Project management/coordination of tasks
- People management of the IT infrastructure team
