Then you can use your competencies as Scrum Master in exciting initiatives, where you get the chance to tackle the important role in involving the business in building an agile and fastmoving culture.
Supporting an organization in transformation
DLG is going through a transformation these years, and as a result, Group IT is working intensely on harmonizing and developing our digital processes. To ensure that we succeed, we are now strengthening our Group IT PMO office with a Scrum Master.
DLG Group IT consists of approximately 30 internal SAP solution consultants and developers and has the responsibility for supporting our current solutions as well as designing, building and implementing future solutions. Group IT supports approx. 1500 users in Denmark and 2800 users in Germany, and we are on our way to harmonizing our processes and tools for supporting the future IT related initiatives in the business in the best possible way. We are also strengthening our SAP solutions, and in the coming years we are going to establish a common platform based on SAP’s latest ERP system S/4 HANA. We therefore need to implement optimized Global E2E business processes for our agriculture business, based on standard best practice processes in S/4 HANA. The Scrum Master will have an important role in facilitating specific E2E processes in this implementation.
Our Group IT PMO office consists of 4 employees. You will be based in our office in Frederica but work closely together with colleagues and leaders located in our offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Flensburg and Kiel.
Your tasks and responsibilities
In close alignment with the other scrum masters and project managers, you will plan the deliverables, and make sure that our resources are utilized in the best possible way and ensure the establishment of a well-functioning agile Scrum process.
What we expect from you
We expect that you have +5 years of experience delivering applications/software for IT, preferably within SAP and its surrounding products. Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe etc.) as well as project management (Prince2, PMI etc.) – certification is not a requirement, but at least you have a proven track record and have with success completed several Scrum projects in large international companies.
You have a solid knowledge with ERP systems, preferably the SAP platform. You have a good understanding of the business and of business processes within sales, logistics and production, and you focus on choosing the solutions which provide value to DLG and our customers. You have good communication skills and understand how to communicate your ideas and get alignment.
You have change management experience and the ability to take on the role as an Agile Coach if required. Knowledge or use of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
You are analytical and self-motivating by nature, and you have the ability to lead and motivate your colleagues and team members. You set the right priorities to achieve results. You work independently with a large personal drive while also securing initiative results through personal leadership.
You have worked as a senior project manager and know how to handle complex projects and how to utilize the project management toolbox efficiently.
We expect that you are fluent in written and spoken Danish & English. German skills are an advantage.

- Act as a business partner to our organization, bridging IT and business to accomplish business value realization
- Take ownership for and drive critical business initiatives with global impact
- Ensure that purpose, scope, requirements and deliverables are always clearly defined and aligned amongst all stakeholders and team members.
- Establish common goals across multiple teams, manage milestones and lead teams through the completion of all phases of initiatives.
- Track and report compared to plan (progress & financials), identify and handle risks and issues
- Communicate with stakeholders, management and project sponsors throughout all levels
- You will be working with both internal and external partners, and where relevant you will manage the relationship and deliveries with suppliers.
- Contribute with your experience & knowledge to our agile journey
- Design our future PMO together with the other team members
