DLG is looking for an HRIS consultant with a great flair for IT and an analytic mindset for data. Together with your colleagues in HR you ensure that HR systems and processes are maintained, improved and streamlined. You support the business in the best possible way in terms of user-friendliness and general demand functionality. In this position you will work as a system administrator together with other colleagues in HR.
For the right person there will be possibility for permanent employment.
Your primary areas of work are the operation of various module such as:
Master data, Time Management, Performance & Goals, Analytics and general maintenance of DLG’s HR system (Success Factors).
This will also include testing, user support and training in system functions for users both inside and outside HR.
You will be the primary contact person for inquiries from users.
In addition, a focus area will also be collaboration with your colleagues in HR, where you contribute to larger and smaller projects and act as a data provider on projects, both inside and outside HR. You also run smaller projects independently with input from the rest of the HR team.

You probably have minimum 1-2 years’ experience from a similar position, and also have experience with several modules in Success Factors or similar HR systems.

Your qualifications
We expect that you
- Have experience with IT and digital solutions (Success Factors or similar HR systems)
- Have a good system understanding that allows you to quickly see through set-ups and processes
- Are experienced in excel and its features
- Have expertise and experience in the maintenance of HR master data
- Have an analytical mindset that enables you to deliver reports, key figures and analyses to both internal HR colleagues and to managers in the rest of the organization
- Are thorough, responsible and focus on high quality
