About the department
You will be anchored in the IT and Automation organisation and can look forward to joining a highly dedicated team consisting of 5 System Responsible and 2 Automation Supporters. You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure for our computerised equipment and IT systems in our production facility and with a strong focus on IT security to ensure that the infrastructure is operated in compliance with requirements.
Work location is in Gentofte.
The position
The Infrastructure Administrators primary responsibility is to take ownership, set direction and implement solutions regarding the site IT infrastructure (network, server platform and storage) ensure high availability solutions in alignment with the IT strategy, you will take actively part and ensure changes to our IT infrastructure are prepared and up to date within It security, executed and documented in accordance with agreed timelines.
It is crucial that you are able to collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. You are expected to work both independently and in teams. It is necessary to have a sense for details to ensure timely and efficient implementation of the changes in our IT infrastructure.
Together with some of your colleagues, you will be part of day-to-day operating support for our production facilities and an on-call duty roster meaning that you will be supporting users with their issues one week out of four - mostly over the phone.
Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree in IT, Engineering or similar and preferable minimum five years of experience working with IT infrastructure solution design and implementation, IT security, systems integration and automation projects.
In addition, you have proofed that you have a strong sense of documentation and communication of solution design in a team. Furthermore, you have extensive experience with Netvork Architecture, SCCM, Patch Management, Anti Virus and firewall management.
The day to day operating support also require broad knowledge in relation to process automation systems (SCADA / PLC) and database management (MS SQL)
Moreover, you pay close attention to details and have clear understanding of the business and how the infrastructure supports the company and its strategic goals thereby ensuring that all tasks are handled appropriately and at the right time. You demonstrate strong communication skills and can work across functions and boundaries at all levels of the organisation. As we are a GMP regulated company, knowledge of GMP regulations and IT compliance will be considered as an advantage.
Also, it is required for this position that you are fluent in Danish as well as English.
