Summary:
We are looking to strengthen our IT Department with Enterprise Solution Architect. You will be based in one of our offices, either in Copenhagen or Waalre (Eindhoven area), joining a team of diverse professionals.
As an Enterprise Solution Architect at Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG), your primary responsibility will be to design and implement technology solutions that align with the company's business objectives and IT strategies.

What can you expect in an Enterprise Solution Architect at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and develop scalable, flexible, and efficient enterprise architectures that meet current and future business needs.
- Technology Evaluation and Selection: Assess emerging technologies, software applications, and infrastructure components to determine their suitability for implementation within the organization. Conduct research, perform proofs-of-concept, and evaluate vendor offerings to make informed technology recommendations.
- Architecture Governance: Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines across projects and development teams.
- Integration and Interoperability: Develop integration strategies and patterns to enable seamless data flow and interoperability between systems, applications, and platforms. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and design solutions that enable efficient data exchange and collaboration.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technology trends, industry standards, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and recommend technology-driven initiatives that can drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture, system design, and software development.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using a variety of technologies.
- Experience with architecture modeling tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
