DSV Global IT is responsible for DSV’s global IT systems and infrastructure which is used in more than 90 countries. More than 1,200 people are currently employed in Global IT and our IT Services deliver the daily operations of the global infrastructure and business applications.
For our End User Endpoint Management Team we are looking for a skilled System Admin technician to help us maintain our Microsoft Endpoint Manager infrastructure, design and implement our group polices and keeping our endpoint devices IT secure for our global 60.000 colleagues.
You will be part of a team of 8 technicians based in Hedehusene, Lisabon and Warsaw. This position will be based in Hedehusene. Denmark. Our strategy is to deliver a standardized and stable user experience across all our Windows clients and ensure that we maintain and fulfill our IT compliance KPI´s.
Management and Administration
You will be part of a dedicated and talented and hands-on team in a free, open and informal environment. We like IT and we love to manage the end user devices in a truly global setup.

Sys admin specialist with thorough knowledge of Microsoft and ITIL
You have a great interest and knowledge of SCCM and infrastructure in general, you are service minded, but also have some of the following professional qualifications:
In addition, we emphasize that you have a structured and methodical approach to your tasks and are able to co-operate across culturally diverse teams and departments. Good written and spoken English is required.

- Administrating of our global SCCM CB installation
- General SCCM trouble shooting (Client, OSD, Package Deployment, Patch Management)
- Troubleshooting on our Windows 10 client platform
- Maintain documentation and take an active part in our device IT governance
Sys admin specialist with thorough knowledge of Microsoft and ITIL
You have a great interest and knowledge of SCCM and infrastructure in general, you are service minded, but also have some of the following professional qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of SCCM
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is a benefit
- Broad experience with applications running on Windows 10
- Knowledge of working within ITIL is a benefit
- Experience with installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of complex IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of working with AD services and group policies
