Would you like to be our new IT Infrastructure responsible setting directions and driving Infrastructure initiatives at Diabetes Finished products (DFP) in Site Hillerød? We are a highly automated factory and need someone who is motivated by operating and maintaining existing IT infrastructure platforms as well as working with new infrastructure technologies to the benefits for our customers.

About the department

You will be part of the local IT Infrastructure team consisting of highly skilled technicians having daily collaboration with local and global IT and Automation colleagues and end users as well as external vendors. We are working in a regulated area where compliance and security standards are taken very seriously.

The department is characterised by strong collaboration and good team spirit where we value great sense of humour even when we are working under pressure. The days are not alike and you will expect varying tasks. Your workplace is based in Hillerød, Denmark.

The position

As the IT Infrastructure responsible you will play a key role acting as our focal point of contact towards the local infrastructure (Servers, AD, VMWare, SAN, Databases, LAN/VLAN, Backup/Restore) for the site. You will work closely with colleagues in Global IT Operations and other business stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective infrastructure solutions.

You will also plan, drive and ensure systematic periodic reviews are conducted timely and drive/report regarding Life Cycle Management, risk assessments, IT security planning, patching, user reviews in compliance with relevant internal and external requirements (cGMP, GAMP, 21CFR Part 11 and overall instructions).

It is expected together with the local infrastructure team that you assist setting directions regarding the site IT infrastructure (network, server platform and storage) and ensure high availability solutions in alignment with the IT strategy.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring improvements to our IT infrastructure and making sure that changes to our IT infrastructure are prepared, executed and documented in accordance with agreed timelines. A sense of detail is necessary to ensure timely and effective changes to our IT infrastructure. Moreover, you will be a part of our IT Vagt, with an 24/7 on-call duty. This on-duty scheduled every 5/6 week.

Qualifications

You have the ability to understand complex IT environments, demonstrated experience working inside global companies, and working with service delivery, partners and vendors. It goes without saying that you are a strong team player, happy to share information, workload, and experience.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree and has several years of experience within IT Infrastructure and preferably knowledge of or a background from enterprise IT infrastructure operations. Also, you are required to have good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English.
