We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Services Team. You will be responsible for all the overall service delivery for core infrastructure platforms, such as Compute (Windows,HPE composable, VMware), Storage (3PAR, NetApp), Backup (RMC, Veeam, Veritas), Database (Oracle, MSSQL), and similar.
You’re a highly motivated professional with a strong ability to articulate technology capabilities and value. You have great analytical abilities and you are comfortable building relationships with customers, management, and engineers. Experience from the Life Sciences industry is ideal but not required.

Furthermore you will:
- Build a world-class service delivery with industry best practices and effective processes
- Manage O/SLAs to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain platform documentation, such as administration procedures, ITKBs, process diagrams, and physical/logical technology diagrams.
- Ensure the team operates in a compliant manner towards regulatory and internal requirements.
- Develop long term technology strategy and roadmap
- Be comfortable driving larger technology projects from inception through implementation and transition to operations.
- Build global relationships across Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies to ensure global technology and process alignment.
- Ensure optimal incident and change management procedures are implemented.
- Develop and maintain relevant metrics to support lifecycle management of respective platforms.
- Bring maturity and automation to platform and service delivery
- Support business projects with infrastructure requirements
- Be visionary, innovative, and extremely enthusiastic about the value technology can bring to Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies and our customers.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or M.Sc within computer science, business administration, engineering or equivalent experience
- Several years experience with management of infrastructure platforms.
- Strong english communication skills
- Experience in the life sciences industry with GxP familiarity a plus
