Is Grafana, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL a part of your daily language? The position You will be developing data solutions, power app applications, dashboards and reports for our internal customers, using Grafana, Tableau, Alteryx and Microsoft Power Platform Tools to ensure a data foundation that measures and manages the most important KPI’s for our business to support strategic decisions. Your strong technical background excellent communication skills will allow you to build the best solutions and make you a preferred partner for our stakeholders. You like to interact closely with customers, understanding their processes and facilitate the progress on BI tasks and projects. You will become one of our experts on the BI tools, offering guidance and spreading best practices of working with and Governance of BI tools in our stack. Key responsibilities include:
  • Act as representative for IT & Digitalisation in Workshops regarding use of digitals tools
  • Act as business analyst to understand business processes and turn these into automated flows
  • Connecting the dots between multiple data sources to collect the insights needed
  • Translating operational and strategic business needs into data points
  • Developing and managing cross-functional dashboards supporting across departments at our site
  • Build, maintain, and effectively manage applications
  • Acting as analytical resource in larger strategic projects with pre-defined scope
    • On top of that, you will take a key role in driving the in-team definition of a best-in class data analysis framework. To succeed in this position, you need to have:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or any other relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Danish and English
  • Knowledge of database structure, and capability of understanding relational data models.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate
  • Professional experience with data and Grafana, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL
    • It will be an advantage if you have:
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry
  • UX design
  • Flair for and interest in working with several IT systems and find it easy to understand how they all play together.
  • Experience with, AWS, Time Series DB, Kafka, python or the likes
  • Focus on high quality and you use LEAN as a natural part of your work.
    • Furthermore, you have experience in gathering requirements from non-technical users and translating them into technical solutions. You are flexible and have a strong quality mind-set combined with the ability to increase simplicity. You pay attention to detail and make sure your work is always executed accurately and thoroughly. About the department Our team consist of 17 IT professionals working within a wide range of disciplines such as Business Intelligence and advanced analytics, IT Project management, IT infrastructure, IT security and IT compliance.
