We are looking for an experienced consultant who loves Master Data Management. As part of the Astrocytia team, you will advise and lead our customer on their journey to transform into digitals frontrunners.

MDM Solution Consultant
You will be responsible for gathering business insights and requirements, configuration and implementation of the chosen solutions and participating in the varies change management activities that are very essential in the Astrocytia Process Model.
We already have a desk ready for you at the head office in the Aarhus, and you should also expect days at our customers and business partners around the world.
Your profile
Being an experienced Solution Consultant, we are expecting that your value clear and concisely communication and close relationship with your stakeholders. From your previous experience, you have a deep understanding of different industries, business processes and best practice within IT and you are driven by making customers the leading actors in their fields:
As a person, you thrive on building relationships with both customers and colleagues, and you have good collaboration skills and a strong personal drive. You are motivated by working agile and iteratively – structure, models and tools are for you something that you refine in your work to search for creative and innovative solutions and best practice.

MDM Solution Consultant
You will be responsible for gathering business insights and requirements, configuration and implementation of the chosen solutions and participating in the varies change management activities that are very essential in the Astrocytia Process Model.
- The Current State (AS-IS)
- Identify and record the business needs and challenges at our customers across sectors, industries, and organisations.
- Developing the initial data model together with our Solution Architect
- Facilitating workshops for instance regarding customer system integrations as-is vs. to-be.
- Provide Best Practice (TO-BE)
- Leading the customers during development of the future data model
- Ensure engagement and commitment during edits and reviews of requirements, specifications, etc. of the future solution.
- Configure the MDM-platform: we work in different platforms however often with the Stibo Systems STEP platform.
- Change Management initiatives
- Support the rest of the Astrocytia Team in regard to Project and Change Managements activities to ensure customers satisfaction and close relationships.

Your profile
Being an experienced Solution Consultant, we are expecting that your value clear and concisely communication and close relationship with your stakeholders. From your previous experience, you have a deep understanding of different industries, business processes and best practice within IT and you are driven by making customers the leading actors in their fields:
- You have a relevant technical background and are still keen to learn.
- We expect you to have experience within Master Data Management or similar packaged software solutions.
- You are an experienced consultant of many years and have previously worked with large companies and well-known brands. You have a strong ability to influence and lead stakeholders at any level of an organisation.
- Thrive in training stakeholders at different levels at the customers through peer-training, workshops, etc.
- You have a great talent for planning – both your own tasks and the activities at the customers. Combined with an ability to work in agile projects and knowing the importance of keeping check on tasks: we use ASANA, MIRO, etc.
As a person, you thrive on building relationships with both customers and colleagues, and you have good collaboration skills and a strong personal drive. You are motivated by working agile and iteratively – structure, models and tools are for you something that you refine in your work to search for creative and innovative solutions and best practice.
