Joining our global IT project team at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will be smack in the middle of all development within IT delivery in Coloplast. We are a team of 7 project managers and two test managers, working in an agile project framework on different IT projects across the globe.

Run IT projects from A to Z
You will be a key player in our journey to a digitally enabled transformation, allowing us to create experiences and insights insights and setting a new standard while also securing our traditional platforms and an end-to-end user experience. Achieving this, you will manage the development and implementation of large-scale changes and initiatives across Coloplast – both locally and internationally.
You will join each project from scope over execution framework to implementation; sometimes as project manager and at other times as Lead of the IT track. As such, you will often find yourself as the link between scope, schedule, governance, cost and supplier negotiations. Managing 2-3 global projects at a time and travelling approximately 20-25 days a year to primarily the US and Europe, you will:

Run IT projects from A to Z
You will be a key player in our journey to a digitally enabled transformation, allowing us to create experiences and insights insights and setting a new standard while also securing our traditional platforms and an end-to-end user experience. Achieving this, you will manage the development and implementation of large-scale changes and initiatives across Coloplast – both locally and internationally.
You will join each project from scope over execution framework to implementation; sometimes as project manager and at other times as Lead of the IT track. As such, you will often find yourself as the link between scope, schedule, governance, cost and supplier negotiations. Managing 2-3 global projects at a time and travelling approximately 20-25 days a year to primarily the US and Europe, you will:
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and country managers, as well as lead, motivate and coach project team members
- Balance risk, technical feasibility and business demands in IT deliveries as well as manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and interfaces
- Identify the critical areas of opportunity to improve customer experience/process efficiency in line with our business strategy
- Lead the projects from initiating, over execution to closure and continuous delivery
- Manage the project execution framework and plans
- Work as a Scrum master or facilitator
Senior project manager with agile and digital experience
Our transformation has begun, and we are ready to go full throttle on digital initiatives. To help us on our way, you need to be a strong communicator across organisational levels: one who builds great relationships and understands issues and requests from more angles than one, securing an effective project execution using a listen and respond approach.
- You hold a master’s degree, e.g. in engineering, technology or business
- You have 6-8+ years of IT project management experience, including experience with digital projects and senior project management in an agile framework
- You have experience from global commercial programmes and projects and driving change and transforming business needs into IT solutions in a complex, global setting
- You have, preferably, an understanding of advanced CRM & IT systems, content management platforms and customer facing solutions
- You have experience and are willing to work with both Azure-based and traditional platforms
- You speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is an advantage
