For many years, we have therefore pursued a consumer channel strategy, and a few years ago, we took this to the next level deciding to focus on and invest in Direct businesses.
Since then, a lot of work has gone into driving this agenda forward, and to further strengthen our efforts, we are now looking to fill 10 new positions both within our commercial functions and our IT organisation.

Join an experienced and social team in charge of the whole BI life cycle
In Business Intelligence, we cover everything from architecture and operations through development to user adaption. Currently, we are making the move to transform our BI platform transitioning to Microsoft Azure and Power BI.
Within our Digital project track, we need you to help set direction for the infrastructure. Joining us at our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be met by 16 dedicated colleagues, who can’t wait to work with you. The same goes for 4 colleagues who are situated in Poland.

Help our business gain new insights
Taking on this position, you will work with both the delivery of more traditional reporting solutions as well as advanced analytics.
Together with the current architecture team, you will set the direction for our new platform. In order to determine the infrastructure and software needed to support user cases, you will work closely with the business to define their needs. The goal is to figure out which data creates the most value and gains us most insights.
More specifically, you will:
Team player with a passion for data
Your main task will be to help design the right fit for the business, and some stakeholders will be further along than others. Therefore, you will need your great communications skills to ask the right questions and the ability to meet the business at eye level to simplify and translate technicalities.

In order to determine the infrastructure and software needed to support user cases, you will work closely with the business to define their needs. The goal is to figure out which data creates the most value and gains us most insights.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead the digital project track within the Business Intelligence team
- Assist the business in uncovering user stories related to insights and data in connection with our digital road map
- Function as a solution architect, taking an active hand in developing the solutions and in ensuring that these are implemented and anchored in the business
- Provide input to architecture and software selection within advanced analytics
Team player with a passion for data
Your main task will be to help design the right fit for the business, and some stakeholders will be further along than others. Therefore, you will need your great communications skills to ask the right questions and the ability to meet the business at eye level to simplify and translate technicalities.
In short, we are looking for a team player with a pragmatic approach to the task, and we imagine that you:
- Hold a relevant degree, e.g. in engineering, technology or business
- Have experience working with Business Intelligence and advanced analytics
- Have experience with Azure-based components such as data lakes, machine learning, SQL DB and Power BI
- Share the team’s passion for working with technology and data
- Speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is an advantage
