Head up IT Project Portfolio and Test
You will lead a team of consisting of 3-4 project managers and 3 test managers. Your team sits within Global IT where you will also join our IT Business Development Management team responsible for all global IT development. They will be ready to listen to your ideas, give you feedback and collaborate closely with you and your team in the different projects. Also, you will work with relevant project steering committees and program boards and participate in the CFO Business Support Forum.
”Any large IT project has its home in Global IT. You’ll lead a very versatile and highly independent team that will be looking to you for input and feedback,” explains Lone.
Prioritise the projects and resources
Your role will be two-fold. Firstly, you will have the direct management of your team focusing on developing project and test managers recognised in the organisation as strong and business-oriented partners who achieve value adding results.
Secondly, and equally important, you will be handling the structures, resources and processes designated to transfer business needs and priorities into IT projects. Thus, you will manage the activity intake process of requests from all business functions and geographies – and be responsible for providing a consolidated overview within Global IT and to primary stakeholders at management level across the company.

Specifically, you will:
- Develop methods, processes and standards within project and test management based on best practice, including the existing IT gate model, and established Global IT procedures
- Cooperate with business functions, resource managers and project managers to identify alternative strategies (resources, project sequencing etc.) for accomplishing desired business goals
- Manage and run weekly gate meetings where IT projects are presented according to the IT gate model
- Maintain the IT project portfolio overview, including monitoring and reporting of projects in the portfolio, and present this to IT Management monthly and to the CFO on a quarterly basis

- You have a master’s degree providing you with a solid foundation of methods and tools
- You have business experience from an international organisation, enabling you to understand how business processes and IT work together
- You have 8+ years of leadership experience as well as some experience with IT project management and / or business development
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and focus on delivering quality
- You are fluent in English
