Your daily tasks will consist of programming and developing automation equipment and special-purpose machines for large international customers. You will be responsible for your own projects, and at the same time you will be cooperating with your coworkers with the aim to solve the job and ensure satisfied customers.
Your projects will be varying as AB Inventech develops and manufactures automation equipment and special-purpose machines for various industries. So if you like a versatile workday, this job will be just right for you!
You will become part of a Danish-owned company that was founded in 1989. It is located in Ikast in Denmark and is today a recognized company within the automation industry – in Denmark as well as internationally. You will be working together with 85 competent coworkers across the organisation where sharing of knowledge and sparring at a high level are an important part of the daily work.

• You hold a degree as an engineer, chief engineer or electrician or have a corresponding technical background.
• You have experience with the development of special-purpose machines and automation equipment.
• You have worked with Siemens TIA portal and are preferably familiar with Simotion Scout.
• You are capable of programming in structured text.
• You have experience with HMI panels, frequency converters and servo/motion systems.
• Willingness to travel 30/60 days/year.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
Furthermore, it is important that you thrieve in communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers. You have a passion for software development and take pride in delivering the best product to your customers. You are expected to help and share your know-how with your coworkers, and you like working in teams.
