To support Trustpilot’s rapid expansion, we’re looking for a talented Digital Learning Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen or London on a two year fixed-term contract.
Digital learning is a core component of our blended learning approach in Support, where we connect virtual learning with other core learning components, such as face-to-face training and on-the-job training. To move closer to achieving our ambitious 2020+ strategy, we are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to develop and maintain digital training material for Support Agents, as well as managing the launch and maintenance of Trustpilot Support’s global Learning Management System (LMS).
While the position is placed within the Self-Service and Automation (SSA) team in Copenhagen, most of your work will be anchored in projects that cut across our Global Support teams. The Solution Manager will manage and coordinate your daily work tasks, and you will report to the VP of Support.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Become familiar with Trustpilot’s product, services and Support practices to create effective learning material and convert it into engaging digital learning content.
- Create, write and edit clear instructional and visual learning content in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, Support Managers and Agents and SSA-specialists.
- Collate feedback on a regular basis to ensure consistent high quality of our digital training content and make sure our LMS is always updated.
- Design effective digital learning pathways and drive best practices in content development and learning, while coordinating that existing employees and new hires are assigned the correct learning pathway, suitable for their role, experience and seniority.
- Evaluate and report employees’ learning progress, via assessment tests, training completions, training modules time logs etc.
- Co-deliver training sessions and/or support who are delivering sessions to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness.
- Assist with the coordination, planning and delivery of training events, such as webinars and virtual class rooms, including associated administration.
What you’ll need:
- A few years of relevant work experience in digital learning, needs analysis, instructional design, delivery and evaluation of digital learning solutions.
- Experience in conceptualising, writing, editing and publishing clear instructional digital learning material for a global internal audience.
- Be computer literate with basic knowledge of video recordings (e.g. screen-recordings or webinars) and LMS tools.
- Be able to convert objectives into achievable tasks, prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
- Have the ability to use knowledge, facts and data to effectively solve issues.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
