• Build, test and deploy SAP solutions based on the design from the solution architects and at the same time be able to progress into detailed design for a successful implementation and transition to application support team
• Solve complex business problems in the areas of finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance whilst using SAP technologies primarily.
• Has experience in more than 6-8 Full Lifecycle SAP Implementation project
• Work closely with the SAP and NonSAP Enterprise Architects on roadmap guidance aligned to the SAP technical stack.
• Excellent communication skills as the job requires a high degree of verbal and written communication
• Be highly motivated, hardworking and possess good time management and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile framework
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• SAP Certifications in their specialisation area
• Knowledge / Certifications in EA methodology frameworks e.g. TOGAF

• 10 years+ of core Basis experience with at least 5-6 SAP technologies/products
• Bachelor or master degree or equal by experience
Technical Experience:
Deep experience in areas of SAP Architecture with a minimum of 5-7 years in technical solution design or architecture design. These should cover the following areas
• Deep technical understanding of SAP Platform technologies for On-Premise and SAP Cloud including the underlying components such as HW/OS and DB’s.
• Be able to establish and help deploy patterns / governance around SAP Technology components covering Non-SAP products as well in the space of System lifecycle, Integration, UI, Analytics, ETL, UI, Platform optimisation and more.
• Must have demonstrated skill set or deep technical experience of SAP migrations/upgrades/application lifecycles with ability to help prepare technical approaches / cutover – deployment planning using toolsets like DMO and NZDM models
• Must be able to establish patterns such HA / DR / Backup / Application Availability & perform system sizing for On-Premise/Cloud based systems including In-Memory Platforms
• Be able to architect and describe network design including but not limited to CIDR ranges, architecting across private networks, interconnectivity
• Be able to demonstrate experience and/or working knowledge of working within Azure – SAP workloads
• Some Development experience ABAP would be advantageous
• Strong experience of FIORI implementation, Mobile, SSO in Cloud using various security frameworks like SAML, Token authentication using OAUTH etc
• Solid experience in terms of problem solving and performance troubleshooting with strong analytical background
• Experience in SAP Cloud Products and its integration to On-Premise , Private Cloud Installations.
• Is technically inquisitive, is always learning, asking questions, and is constantly learning.
• Passionate about innovation as Cloud is always evolving with an average of multiple SAP release’s / updates annually, hence as a TA should remain inquisitive, open-minded, and never stop learning. As such skills in these additional areas would be a bonus:
- Big Data and Data Lake architecture concepts
- Machine Learning & Predictive Analysis
- SAP DevOps automation.
Business Platform facing:
Become a primary contact and a trusted advisor and be able to
• Build leadership relationship and be able to engage and talk at a business level to senior stakeholders within the organization.
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to design and execute detailed design workshops.
• Able to translate between SAP & Azure technical terms, designs, and concepts to plain English coaching and helping customers & partners these highly complex areas in plain English.
• Must be a team player as SAP Enablement team operates in a pattern-based way of working which allows collaboration, consistency, scalability, and hence as an outcome always look for innovation with automation.
