While we are relying on varies Delivery partners in our transformation, we are investing into building our internal SAP TM capabilities.
As SAP TM Functional Engineer you will be responsible for SAP solution design, delivery and support working closely with product owner, architects and other stakeholders from business and technology.
Our global template of SAP transportation management will be implemented in Q1 2021 by Maersk Delivery partners and SAP TM Functional Engineer priority will be to enable implementation and roll of the standard template to different countries through 2021.

• Responsible for Solution design, build, configuration, solution delivery and support for SAP TM products across Maersk business units
• Work in an agile environment with SAP TM product owners, Architects, SAP developers/engineers and Scrum master in executing on prioritized backlog
• Ensuring on-time delivery of solution by removing bottlenecks using expertise skills
• High quality of solution delivery ensuring design is followed during build and support
• Compliance to Enterprise architecture, global template guidelines and product roadmap
• Hands on solution design for the SAP TM area focusing on Planning, Optimization and Execution
• Manage and follow product backlog, including prioritization of needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
• Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
• To be successful, you need to ensure deliverables match needs of stakeholders
• Ensure solution stays standard as much possible & promote reuse of existing functionalities

You have:
• Successful commercial hands on experience in SAP TM as functional consultant/engineer (SAP TM 9.0 configurations on S/4HANA 1809 and higher versions.)
• Experience working as SAP functional engineer in agile delivery environments
• Experience in implementing SAP TM module for Intermodal and logistics industries as well as work experience on LSP and LCL scenario
• Experience with integration to SD and MM modules of SAP as well as Exposure to the Event Management
• Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration and delivery to meet business requirements.
• Experience in working with business process owners in understanding business requirement, analysis, proto typing of solutions, configuration and design
• Experience with S4HANA implementation
• Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
• Good problem solving, analytical & communication skills. Ability to work in demanding situations
• Professional or PG Degree in Logistics or related discipline
• Collaborative mindset across business functions
• Flexibility to work on different time-zones
• Experience in AI and robotics will be an advantage
