In this role, you will be:
- Assisting GAN customers’ by solving technical tickets logged into our ticketing system as well as providing video support to assist clients 1-1. Support tickets may range from simple troubleshooting issues to working with our Product and Engineering teams to highlight bugs and find creative solutions to complex problems our customers are facing.
- Responding to customers’ requests promptly, following up regularly, proactively resolving errors, documenting and improving repetitive tasks, and proposing ideas to reduce complexity and improve operations.
- Working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Relationship Management Teams to deliver excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years experience providing hands-on customer-facing product and/or technical support is required (web-based platforms preferred)
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service, prioritization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, empathetic, superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- A thorough understanding of root cause analysis, web-based services, and browser developer tools preferred
- Basic experience with APIs (POST, PATCH), Flat Files (SFTP servers preferred)
- Understanding of conditional statements (Boolean logic a plus)
- Business Intelligence tools and Excel
- Database familiarity (MongoDB)
