Job Description:

We're a team of Python enthusiasts who are passionate about developing innovative marketing data solutions using Google Cloud. We support large clients in their journey to build data foundations and create actionable insights to improve their marketing efforts. Our motto is "Code, Coffee, Cake, Repeat" and we're looking for someone to join our ranks!

Job Description

  • Write code that's so good, it'll make our other devs cry tears of joy (in a non-creepy way, of course)
  • Use Python and its various libraries to create something truly awesome (pandas, requests, pytest, beautiful soup... you get the idea)
  • Develop solutions in Google Cloud services like Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery and Dataform. Don't worry if you don't have experience with all of them; we'll train you on the ones you need
  • Collaborate with our team to design, develop, test, and deploy projects that will change the world (or at least make our customers' lives easier)


Responsibilities


  • Design and develop high-quality solutions and data pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for our team
  • Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in Google Cloud and Python

Requirements:


  • 1-2 years of experience as a developer
  • If your experience is not in Python, then proficiency in core programming principles from other languages
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud services (or willingness to learn)
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. If you can explain a complex concept to a non-technical person, we'll know you're the real deal

Nice-to-Have


  • Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Terraform and Kubernetes. We're not saying it's necessary, but it would be a nice bonus
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts. If you can explain them in simple terms to a non-technical person, we'll know you're the real deal
