As an Application Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for a number of tasks at the best operations team. Your work tasks include following:

About the position
As an Application Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for a number of tasks at the best operations team. Your work tasks include following:
- Together with team responsible for BSS system daily monitoring, alarm checking, incident ticket handling.
- Building advanced analysis tools and processes, to proactively detect the potential faulty by analysis the data, and do self-healing.
- Together with team responsible for customer communication, explaining root cause of the production issues.
- Together with team responsible for issue investigation, problem managing, understand common middleware, able to do defect investigation, log analysis, fx. Tomcat, Weblogic.
- Together with team responsible for emergency response, project delivery cooperation, security upgrading and other operational scope.
- Work with delivery team, make sure agile delivery process running smoothly to production, and maintaining automated operation platform.
- Continue improving operations quality, continue improving our automated operations system, continue automating our daily tasks.
In addition, you are ready to be called a few times outside of normal working hours during the year.

Requirements
- Familiar with Linux\Unix operating system, able to do Shell and Python scripting and development.
- Familiar with JAVA and C, able to read the codes and analyze potential defects and bugs.
- Able to write efficient SQL, and familiar with MySql database, to do basic data analysis.
- Basic understanding of ITIL and ITSM.
- You are a fast learning and good in communication and team work, also with strong sense of responsibility.
