We are looking for a DevOps Expert who is passionate about providing a modern and digital environment to both our internal and external customers.
Banking Circle have recently completed the move of their Core Banking platform and associated systems from OMCS (Oracle Managed Cloud Services) to Microsoft Azure, which means our ITO DevOps engineers have to manage these systems and applications by themselves on a 24/7 basis. Because of this self-managed cloud approach and Banking Circle’s rapid expansion course, we need to reinforce our team of DevOps engineers to support the requirements of our business users and clients. You will get a lot of creative leeway in the implementation phase and the opportunity to develop your skills and to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with our distributed development and project management teams you design, implement, test, run and deploy architectures and environments to Microsoft Azure
- You automate the creation, and secure configuration of our cloud platform resources in Microsoft Azure thus keeping them sustainable
- You set up and configure modern monitoring and logging solutions to measure and optimize system performance and to dynamically manage system capacity. You strive to be pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve.
- You provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed banking applications. Troubleshooting and debugging infrastructure, network and operating system issues are a natural part of your job.

- Willingness to take part in 24/7 on call rota and out of hours maintenances
- Troubleshooting and debugging infrastructure-, network- and operating system related issues
- Ensure security/systems patches according to schedules
- Produce and maintain related documentation and reports
