We are seeking Business Architecture Students with an interest in digital marketing and process consulting, and the hunger to deep dive into projects for our growing list of clients.
As a Business Architect in our Process Team, you will work with peers and more experienced consultants. You will drive commercial opportunities, helping us take our service offering to the next level. More specifically, your tasks can include:

What will your day look like?
As a Business Architect in our Process Team, you will work with peers and more experienced consultants. You will drive commercial opportunities, helping us take our service offering to the next level. More specifically, your tasks can include:
- Mapping and designing organizational operating models and marketing processes
- Defining and describing roles and responsibilities
- Developing tools and templates for client development
- Developing implementation playbooks and training materials
- Engaging with client stakeholders and facilitating workshops
- Coordinating projects and onboarding (e.g., scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, organizational charting etc.).

What do you bring to the table?

- Enrolled in a relevant master’s degree or the last year of your bachelor’s degree, preferably within business administration, marketing, social sciences or similar
- An interest in working with business architecture, digital marketing, and technical projects
- An ability to work in complex environments both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive mindset and a holistic approach to solving problems is a great plus
- A willingness to work between 15-20 hours a week.
