As a CRM Specialist, you will harness the power of HubSpot to optimise our sales and marketing processes.
You will:
- Streamline the sales pipeline in HubSpot: Configure HubSpot to ensure smooth and efficient processes for converting leads into new customers.
- Minimise customer acquisition costs: Improve lead generation and targeting by analysing and interpreting data related to sales, marketing, and customer success to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Foster collaboration between Sales and Marketing: Ensure that tools and data are shared in HubSpot to allow progress tracking and data-driven decisions.
- Education: Training colleagues in using HubSpot effectively.
By leveraging your expertise in HubSpot, you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales and marketing efficiency, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
You are the right candidate if:
- You combine analytical thinking and a flair for operational efficiency with strong business acumen.
- You have at least 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce or another recognised CRM system.
- You have experience in Sales or Marketing from a SaaS company.
- You speak and write English on a professional level.
