We’ve set out to make it easier and more intuitive to handle payments, because we see it as the foundation for growth and progress both in commerce and society. We are looking for a focused and inspiring coach and “Agilista” that can drive and support our agile acceleration in Corporate Services and Nets. As our new colleague you will be instrumental in ensuring our continued success through use of your extensive agile tool box and experience and your ability to motivate and impact people around you. You will be part of an internal growing agile coaching community across Nets.

You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.

Your key responsibilities are:
- Driving the agile acceleration from team to management level.
- Support and coach on all levels in the organisation
- Working with other coaches to create a joint vision for the agile acceleration.
- Adding transparency to strategy and value creation of the agile acceleration.
- Demonstrate improvement and value of agile acceleration across the value chain
- Contribute to agile community and teach agile courses.
- Facilitate learning in the organization, via feedback loops and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement.

Your professional qualifications include:
- Hands on experience with agile methodologies, is as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Experience in cross team collaboration with scaled agile methodologies like LESS, SAFe or Scrum@Scale.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding the mechanisms behind value creation with agile techniques.
- Hands-on experience with coaching and training.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of driving change agendas in organizations
