As our Salesforce Business MarTech Lead you will be part of the Global Demand and MarTech team. The team is responsible for the strategy and roadmap of our integrated digital marketing ecosystem.

We are looking for a candidate who is recognized as having comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce, who can discuss detailed solutions and be a sparring partner to IT and CRM developer teams, as well as partner with business stakeholders to proactively drive initiatives that will help us better connect to customers, streamline processes and improve profitability.

You will be responsible for designing the following core processes:
- Lead scoring modelling
- Master data management
- Marketing demand engine process end2end
- 360 data capture for reporting
- GDPR compliance in Salesforce
- Lead source tracking and forms
- Lead, contact and account management
Additional responsibilities:
- Lead the design of all Salesforce system process development across the sales value chain
- Validate business requirements to drive demand and sales funnel performance with AI, predictive analytics and personalization
- Single point of contact from MarTech to IT
- Manage day-to-day change requests
- Own and manage the Salesforce business backlog
Your qualifications :
- Master’s degree, preferably within Economics, IT or other relevant disciplines
- Several years of experience with Salesforce in B2B Marketing or at a CRM implementation provider
- Tech savvy with outstanding analytical skills, strong ability in drawing conclusions to inform business decision making
- A strong sense of urgency to deliver projects to support the business
- You have an analytical approach to assignments and a forensic mindset, meaning that you like to understand the details behind the data.
- Can solve highly complex challenges
- The ability to effectively articulate requirements or explain system processes to business users
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
