About the role
As a Queue-it UX designer, you’ll work with our development and marketing teams to improve the experience of billions of online visitors to the world’s biggest companies. We’re in our scale-up phase, so you’ll have a say in big projects, like building our product organization.

Responsibilities
Improve the user experience of our services. Work with our development and marketing teams to optimize UX across our platforms and deliver UX guidance across the organization.
Connect with customers and stakeholders. Work directly with the world's biggest brands to conduct interviews, research, and user testing to understand their needs and requirements.
Research and recommend. Collect/analyze usage data, create UX mockups, and recommend improvement options.

We are looking for someone with
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in the B2B and/or SaaS space
- A wealth of UX knowledge and hands-on experience with product design and branding
- Working knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS
- Experience working with user research
- A strong interest in code and technology (you don’t necessarily have to code yourself)
Qualifications
- Fluent with the latest design tools (we use Figma) and data visualization user interfaces
- Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate the value of design internally and externally
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish not required)
- A proactive mindset and a drive to bring tasks to completion, as well as the flexibility to effectively switch between independent tasks and teamwork.
