Mouseflow is hiring a full-time software tester and QA Engineer to join an ambitious SaaS team in Copenhagen.
Summary
Mouseflow is growing rapidly, securing our position as the strongest provider of digital- and user experience analytics for customers all around the world. For our agile Software Development team, we’re hiring a talented tester to take responsibility for testing and QA during the sprint and in preparation for release.
As a tester you will be a key contributor on our cross-functional scrum team. Your role is to understand the feature requirements as defined by the product team, and ensure that both these and the general quality and usability is assessed and approved. You will work closely with the developers to get things done right.

Summary

For our agile Software Development team, we’re hiring a talented tester to take responsibility for testing and QA during the sprint and in preparation for release.
As a tester you will be a key contributor on our cross-functional scrum team. Your role is to understand the feature requirements as defined by the product team, and ensure that both these and the general quality and usability is assessed and approved. You will work closely with the developers to get things done right.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of our test strategy and test directory
- Creating test plans and quality goals together with Product Management and development
- Be the link between product management and development
- Create manual testcases, feature specific test documentation and test plans
- Hands-on, manual testing to test/evaluate SW according to requirements and quality goals
- Monitor results from automated testing and analyze problems
- Identify candidates for expanding automated test coverage and optionally take part of implementation of these
- Communicate status information and issues to a variety of stakeholders
Requirements
- A strong desire to be the front runner for the quality and to further develop the test setup in Mouseflow
- Good technical insights and understanding of software and user experience
- Strong overview, structured approach and good work discipline
- An eye for the details and for the user experience
- Happy and efficient working independently as well as in close collaboration with the agile team
